River's End has several committees that serve our community.

Architectural Review Committee (ARC) was created by the developer of Rivers End Drive plat so that residents of the development have guidance and appropriate control over changes and additions to the individual properties. The ARC serves as the developer on new lots, houses, and supplementary items such as sheds and the removal of mature trees, all the while making sure that the drainage systems continue to work as planned for our health and well-being. When we, as REPOA members, make changes without involving the ARC there is always the possibility that the resident may unknowingly upset the delicate balance, which can cause problems for everybody. A simple, short phone conversation can often resolve the plan or at least get ARC to look at the situation. After all, the ARC members live here and it’s their best interest to help. Contact the REPOA ARC Chair for questions and approval.
Committee Chair: Lettie Perry
